Directions to St. Peter's Church in Torrington, CT

From Hartford & points East (including Boston & Providence):
Take I-84 to exit 39 (Route 4/ Farmington). Follow Rte 4 through Farmington, Unionville, Burlington & Harwinton into Torrington. Watch all Route signs as Rte 4 makes a couple of turns (a left in Burlington at Jct with Rte 179, and a right in Harwinton at Jct with Rte 118 - Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on the right at this intersection). When Rte 4 meets Rte 202 in Torrington, take left onto Rte 202 (East Main Street) Continue to 5th light, crossing under Rte 8.  St. Peter’s is the large gray stone church on right. Parking lot is just beyond church.

Alternate from Hartford:
Take Rte 44 (Albany Ave) through West Hartford, over Avon Mountain & through Avon, and Canton. When Rte 44 & 202 split in Canton, stay in left lane following Rte 202 through New Hartford and into Torrington. After the intersection with Rte 4, continue to 5th light, crossing under Rte 8. St. Peter’s is the large gray stone church on right. Parking lot is just beyond church.

From Danbury & Points West:
Take I-84 to Waterbury then Route 8 North. Follow directions from Waterbury.

From Waterbury & Bridgeport:
Take Route 8 North to exit 44 (Downtown Torrington/Rte 4 & 202). At light at end of ramp take a left and proceed to third light. St. Peter’s is the large gray stone church on right. Parking lot is just beyond church.

From Winsted:
Take Route 8 South to exit 44 (Downtown Torrington/Rte 4 & 202). Continue straight through light at end of ramp. At next light turn right and proceed to second light. St. Peter’s is the large gray stone church on right. Parking lot is just beyond church.
